The blades are baked and brought to the desired degree of hardness.
The mouth is thinned by special grinding process.
Edge burrs are removed and polished.
The mouth is sharpened and washed in an ultra sonic bath.
Marked, final checks and packaged.
Manufacture Spoon
18cr10ni alloy stainless steel raw material is cut into guillotine scissors in plates according to the length of the spoon.
The material cut into plates is converted into the form of the spoon in the eccentric press.
The mouth of the spoon is thinned by rolling.
The workability of the product is increased by applying a heat treatment.
Handle and mouth portion of the spoon and the pattern of the dome is formed by press work.
The burrs on the edges of the spoon, whose form is ready, are cleaned and polished.
Surface polishing is applied to the spoon.
Ultra sonic baths are washed, final checked and packaged.
Manufacture Fork

The material which is cut into plates is transformed into the form of the fork in the eccentric press.
The fork is opened at intervals.
The workability of the product is increased by applying a heat treatment.
The bending and patterning part of the handle and mouth of the fork is formed by press work.

Intermediate end sanding is performed in the mouth of the fork.
Surface polishing is applied to the fork.
Ultra sonic baths are washed, final checked and packaged.
